We ended our first fiscal year for 2011 in the black. We brought in more than we spent, borrowed no money and only a the fix monthly cost of rent and utilities. In the year we where able to equipment our sanctuary, purchase church supplies, purchase a piano, hold a Christmas concert and help two different families in their hour of need. All thanks goes to God first and then to our friends and members who obeyed God and gave of their means. We had a good time on Saturday night music night, we had nine different singers sing unto the Lord. Continue to pray and work for Church growth. More people are calling Christ Church of Pataskala their home church and supporting the church with their, prayers, attendance and finances. If you are reading this and haven't tried our church yet, come out and give it a try, you are going to love the church as the church will show their love to you. January 13, 2012
Thanks to Linden, Bill Reece, Burl, Chuck, Arnold, Donna and Cricket for working on putting insulation and paneling on the walls to help keep the church warmer. January 8, 2012

God blessed our church in 2011 and we are praying for and expect even more blessings in 2012 November 6, 2011
As we start our fourth month as a church we can reflex on how far God has brought us. As a new independent church we started with nothing and no help from a parent church and look at what the Lord has done. We have rented a three room building (plus two bathrooms) carpeted the sanctuary, added padding chairs, curtains, platform, pulpit, and decorations. We have a sound system, drums, piano, organ, and bass. We bought songs books, signs, custom prayer cloths, added wifi, established bylaws and ordinations rules. We have a children church for the children and a ladies ministry is being started. We have a facebook page and a web page which you know if you are ready this. Our services has been filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit. We our incorporated in the State of Ohio as a non profit corporation and they have recognized our ministry credential and granted authorization to our ministers to perform marriages in the state of Ohio. To have come this far this quick is a testament to the help that God has given us. So thanks first to God and second to our members that has worked and given to make this happen. September 9, 2011
It has been a busy couple of week, first of all God has been blessing and the services has been full of His glory. People are being touched the gifts of the Spirit are in operation and prayers are being answered. We give all glory to God. Next our congregation has been working hard and giving to the work of the Lord, thank you, God will reward you. The new sanctuary is open and been remodeled, walls and ceiling painted, platform built, carpet laid, chairs bought and setup, instruments and sound ready including our new digital piano. The sanctuary has a real comfortable and spiritual feel to it, I feel right at home ready to have church. We have obtained our EIN and are incorporated in the state of Ohio, next set with non-profit status with the IRS, price tag $800. Bylaws has been written and approved, rules for credentialing ministers are ready to approval by the General Assembly, God is good. August 7, 2011
Congratulations to Arnold and Cricket that was elected today as our first Deacons of the Church. August 4, 2011
The Lord is My Teacher
By W. H. Havanas The Lord is My Teacher, I will learn. He guides in the path or righteousness, He leads to a deeper understanding, He shows me new revelations. The Lord is my instructor, I will be still, While He fills my heart with joy, And He shows me how to love, And He gives me the gift of faith. The Lord is my master and I am His student, I will learn.
